Conveyor

AutoMod Conveyor Template는 실제 Conveyor운영에서 얻어진 오랜 경험의 집약입니다.
복합적이고 복잡한 물류 흐름이나 배분을 포함하는 시스템들은 설치되기 전 AutoMod에서 실험할 수
있습니다. 크기나 난이도에 구애됨이 없이 정확한Modeling을 수행할 수 있다.

AutoMod Conveyor는 거의 모든 형태의 Conveyor설비에 대한 Template을 제공합니다.

속도와 가속도, 단위 물품 간의 공간, 특성들의 조합 Photoeyes의 위치 방식 등 각종 특수 조건을
적용 또는 편집할 수 있습니다.

Path Mover

. With this module, users can create a vehicle system that moves along the

  path.

. This module allows users to create almost all vehicle systems such as AGV,

  RGV, OHT, etc.

. Supports detailed settings such as speed, acceleration and deceleration.

. Users can easily make task priority settings and parking logics through

  following features: Work List, Park List, Named List, Vehicle Activation List,

  etc.

AS/RS

. This module allows users to create the automated warehouse.

. AS/RS stands for Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems.

. Through the Rack setting window, users can easily place the rack in the

  desired shape.

. Supports detailed settings such as speed, acceleration and deceleration of

  SRM.

. Users can easily make task priority settings and parking logics through

  following features: Work List, Park List, Named List, Load Search List, etc.

Bridge Crane

. This module allows users to make overhead type cranes.

. With this module, users can make not only overhead crane of ports and

  steelworks, but also gantry of tire factories or other factories.

. Supports detailed settings such as speed, acceleration and deceleration of X

  and Y axes.

. Users can easily make task priority settings and parking logics through

  following features: Work List, Park List, Named List, Load Search List, etc.

Power & Free

. This module allows users to make a sorter or hanger system.

. This module’s concept is a combination of Path Mover system’s Segment and

  Conveyor system’s Motor.

. Supports detailed settings such as speed, acceleration and deceleration.

. Users can easily make task priority settings and parking logics through

  following features: Work List, Park List, Named List, Load Search List, etc.

Kinematics

. This module allows users to make complex axis movements of robots,

  equipment and machines.

. This module also allows users to make movements by connecting with

  Segment or SRM concepts of Path Mover, AS/RS, Power & Free modules.

. Users can create a movable graphic file using the ACE tool, which gets

  automatically  installed when AutoMod is installed, and use the Kinematics

  module to give a movement.

. Users can easily make task priority settings and parking logics through

  following features: Work List, Park List, Named List, Load Search List, etc.

AutoStat

. This module is a statistics package which is used to calculate various

  simulation results.

. By supporting various analysis methods, it helps developers to save time and

  enables more professional analysis of simulation results.

. Following are the list of supported analysis techniques.

  (Warmup, Vary one factor, Vary multiple factor, Single scenario, Optimization,

  Sensitivity analysis, Factorial DOE)

. By adjusting the Confidence Level, it is possible to apply the desired level of

  confidence.

. For example, if users want to build an AGV system in a new factory, set the

  appropriate number of AGVs required for operation as a factor and use the

  “Vary one factor” analysis technique, the required Min~Max quantity of AGVs to

  handle the expected volume of traffic. can be calculated.

AutoView

. This module allows users to film a simulation model and creates a video file.

. Rather than simply shooting from a fixed point of view, it is possible to shoot

  high-quality videos that developers want by using various shooting points and

  techniques.

. Users can set the speed of simulation video (5x, 10x, etc.)

. This module also allows users to hide the part where the developer does not

  want to be shown in the video.

MCM

. This module allows the model to communicate with the outside world over a

  network.

. This module is divided into MCM and MCM Plus, and has the following features.

. MCM allows models to communicate by calling functions that send and read

  data over a network connection. 

. The functions that the model calls to manage connections and to read and

  write data depend on the type of communication being used.

The model communication module supports the following types of communication:

  • OPC server

  • sockets

. MCM Plus includes all the features of MCM, with additional features designed

  for multi-model communication.

  •-MMS Server (Multi-Model Synchronization Server)-MMS Server automatically

     synchronizes all connected models in the simulation.

  •-MCM Plus license allows users to run and synchronize 5 models

     simultaneously.

     The number of models users can synchronize with the Model

     Communications Plus module is limited only by the number of runtime

     licenses that the users own.
